Gray Robinson, P.A. attorneys accused of contempt of judge’s order in Florida airplane auction case

A group of lawyers from the firm Gray Robinson, P.A., one of the most prominent in Florida, in contempt against Judge Antonio Arzola, of the Florida 11th Circuit Court, in Miami-Dade, for authorizing an auction of aircraft in the Opalocka airport, when the judge himself had prohibited it for not being in the correct rule.
According to reliable sources, the lawyers ignored the court decision and proceeded with the auction, which could have affected the rights and interests of their clients and third parties involved in the case.
It is not yet known whether Judge Arzola, who was appointed by former Governor Charlie Crist in 2009, has ordered the lawyers to appear to explain their conduct and determine whether a sanction for contempt, which could be a fine or jail time, is appropriate. .
The firm Gray Robinson, P.A., which offers legal, lobbying and regulatory services at the national level in the United States, has not published any statement in this regard and it is unknown if it has taken any internal action against the lawyers involved.
